
Upload Exercise Record Tutorial: Swimming

Your sports records must be during the specified activity period, please refer to "Time Limit for Uploading Records".

Uploaded screenshots must clearly show: date, distance, time of completion and location or route map.

Swimming records must be recorded using our approved mobile application.

If the uploaded information is found to be inconsistent with the facts, the organizer has the right to delete the swimming record.

There are prizes in the event. Winners may be required to present their swimming records for verification when receiving prizes.
Matters needing attention when uploading swimming records
Mobile app for recording exercise
Participants can use any mobile APP (app) that can record swimming data to record your swimming mileage and take screenshots. Screenshots must include date, distance, time of completion and location or route map.

The following is the recommended exercise recording program. If you want to use other apps to record the required data, but you are not sure whether it meets our requirements, you can email us for inquiries.

Meet Mobile
You will receive an email from the organizer within 2 working days after registration, and there will be an exclusive link in the email for you to upload your sports records. Each participant /team /Family groupJust use the exclusive form (Google Form), regularly fill in the exercise information and upload the screenshot of the record to us.

The title of the form will list your exclusive event participation number
SS stands for: Swimming Individual
ST stands for: Swimming Team Group
SF stands for: Swimming Family Group

Enter swimming record information, including
swimming date

Just fill in "Month" and "Day"
Completion distance

Take kilometers (Km) as the calculation unit, and calculate at most the last two digits after a few digits. Please do not round up to one or one digits after the decimal, (you do not need to fill in the calculation unit).
Example (1): 1200 meters (m) fill in 1.2
Example (2): 1.762 kilometers fill in 1.76
Example (3): 5.03 kilometers fill in 5.03
Example (4): 761 meters fill in 0.76
Complete time

The calculation unit is minutes, all seconds do not need to be filled.

Please do not round up the last number to the minute

Example (1): 1:15:34, that is, fill in 75 (60 points + 15 points)
Example (2): 15:14, that is, fill in 15 (15 points) -
Example (3): 27:59, that is, fill in 27 (27 points)

Do not enter a unit of calculation in the field

Fill in the total time, please do not enter the average time by mistake.


Upload your swim history
All sports records need to be recorded electronically.
Only one record can be uploaded each time, that is, one record picture, and the picture should include four items of information, including:
(1) date
(2) Location/Map
(3) Completion time
(4) Completion distance
If you upload a sports watch or other equipment calculation by screenshot or taking a photo swim recorded information must include:
(1) Completion time
(2) Completion distance
It would be better if there are dates and other information to avoid repeated uploading of records.
Upload photos of your swimming activity
You can choose to have one of your swim Upload your selfies or landscape photos here, and we will share them with the public at the post-event sharing session or on our social media.

View uploaded exercise records
The uploaded sports record form of each person/team is attached with a link (circled in red) to view the uploaded records. Clicking will open all uploaded records. But only the email address submitted during registration can be logged in to watch.
Uploaded workouts
The information viewed includes:
(A) Upload record date
(B) Swim date
(C) Completed distance
(D) Completion time
(E) Upload your swim record
(F) Upload photos of your swimming activities
(G) Record your swimming experience
Participants can only read the uploaded materials and cannot modify them. If they find any mistakes, they can contact the organizer to modify them.
