
Upload donation record tutorial
You will receive an email from the organizer within 2 working days after registration. There is an exclusive link in the email for you to upload your donation records. Each participant /team /family group only needs to use a dedicated form (Google Form), and upload the counting paper/record screenshot and donor information to us every month for the organizer to check. One month after the end of the event, pick it up according to the pick-up point selected by the participant.


Upload donation record

Press the exclusive link to go to your individual /team /Family Group Donation Form (Google Form), your individual /team /familygroup number.

Fill in the information that needs to be uploaded, including: deposit bank, date of deposit, deposit amount, upload certificate of deposit, whether receipt is required and the name of the receipt.

Fill out the registration once for each count-in slip, and only one proof of count-in can be uploaded at a time.


View uploaded donation records
There is a link (EXCEL) in the individual/team exclusive form to view the uploaded donation records. For security reasons, only the registration email provided during registration can be viewed. Please note.
All the uploaded data will be displayed in the Excel table, and the date and time of uploading will be indicated at the beginning for your convenience. Participants can only read the records. If they need to modify, they must email the organizer to make corrections.

Generally, from the start of event registration to the day after the end of the event, please refer to "Time Limit for Uploading Records" for details.
*Receipts for donations exceeding HK$100 can be used to apply for tax exemption for the tax year.
