1. I have read the activity rules and guidelines of the Organizer in detail, and declare that I will abide by the activity rules and guidelines.

2. I understand that participants should consult their doctors' advice on their ability, fitness and suitability before participating in activity.

 

3. I declare that I am in good health and physical fitness, have no health problems, and participate in the activity under the condition that my health is suitable.

 

4. I understand that if I have any health conditions or problems before during or after the activity, I should immediately stop participating in the activity and notify the Organizer.

 

5. Participation in this activity is voluntary and I shall bear all risks and responsibilities.  I should also purchase insurance or take other protection by myself when participating in the activity.

 

6. I confirm and agree that the Organizer is not be liable, including but not limited to the following situation:

  6.1 Any personal loss or injury, including personal injury, accident or death;

  6.2 Any direct or indirect loss (whether personal injury or death or property damage).

 

7. I should be fully responsible for the belongings which I bring along with me, if there are any losses, injuries, lost by theft(s) during, before and after the activity, the Organizer or any relevant personnel will not be liable. 

 

8. I also confirm that I will not pursue any claim or action against the Organizer for any loss arising from my participation in this event.

 

9.  I agree to the Organizer uploading videos and photos of me during the activity to the Organizer's website and social media platforms for publicity and reporting purposes..

 

10.  I understand that registration fees and donations will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

11.   If participants fail to comply with the law during the activity and are prosecuted by law enforcement or relevant authorities, participants are responsible for their own liability and the Organizer shall not be held responsible for it.    

 

12.  The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules and guidelines of the activity.  In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision.
