The Seventh-day Adventist Church is called to proclaim to the world the eternal gospel of our Savior Jesus Christ, which includes meeting the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the whole person. Based on God's great love for the world, the Association provides services to the public with the spirit of Christian love for others, hoping that those who receive the service will understand that God loves the world, and then choose to accept God's love, love each other in this world, and follow the spirit of the Lord Jesus "not to serve others, but to serve others", so as to serve others and live a meaningful, purposeful and hopeful life.
Hong Kong and Macau Conference of Seventh-day Adventist is a non-profit Christian organization. It started evangelism in Hong Kong in 1888 and provided services to the citizens of Hong Kong and Macau. In order to meet the needs of the society, we have successively developed medical care, education, social welfare and other ministries. Educational Ministry: Yijin has set up several Sam Yuk schools, including college, middle schools, primary schools, kindergartens and extracurricular courses. Medical Ministry: Two Hong Kong Adventist Hospitals were completed in 1968 and 1971, actively developing medical and health education services.

Social Welfare Ministry: As early as the 1950s and 1960s, the Association had food and clothing donation work, and then built two dormitories for the elderly and a rural community center. With the change of the times, the needs of the community for social services continue to increase. Therefore, in the early 1980s, the association expanded its social welfare ministry again. With government funding, an integrated youth services center is provided in Tuen Mun District, and services of Neighborhood Elderly Centers are provided in Siu Sai Wan and San Po Kong Districts. In Sha Tin District, there is also a self-financing elderly activity center.
