Points to note when uploading running records
Participants can use any mobile APP (app) that can record running data to record your running mileage and take screenshots. Screenshots must include date, distance, time of completion and location or route map.
-
The following is the recommended exercise recording program. If you want to use other apps to record the required data, but you are not sure whether it meets our requirements, you can email us for inquiries.

Upload your run history
All sports records need to be recorded electronically.
Only one record can be uploaded each time, that is, one record picture, and the picture should include four items of information, including:
(1) date
(2) Location/Map
(3) Completion time
(4) Completion distance
If you are uploading photos of treadmills, you must include:
(1) Completion time
(2) Completion distance
It would be better if there are date and other information, so as to avoid repeated uploading of records.
